Challenges & Constraints

The I-Admin Dashboard is website-based monitoring within a developed system, where I-admin can report progress or manage a structured company report. There are several I-admin dashboard challenges including:

  1. The website must always report updated data.
    The dashboard displays a website page associated with the Database, which allows you to always be up-to-date to submit reports continuously so that the company’s reports can run just as they function to evaluate performance internally and externally.

  2. The Dashboard displays a messy layout.
    The main problem we found from collecting information was that the website had an outdated appearance with a fairly messy layout.

  3. Simplifying Complex Workflows.
    The fiduciary process involves numerous steps and large amounts of data. The challenge lies in creating an interface that is user-friendly without losing essential functions such as document validation, status tracking, and legal compliance. The new design must streamline these workflows to be more efficient and intuitive for users. Ensuring Clear Legal Compliance.

  4. I-Admin must adhere to fiduciary regulations.
    The challenge is to ensure the new design supports the management of documents and processes in compliance with legal standards while remaining simple and clear for users, with features like audit trails and real-time regulatory updates.

To overcome these challenges, the I-Admin Dashboard should be redesigned to support real-time data synchronization, ensuring that company reports remain consistently up-to-date for accurate performance evaluations both internally and externally. The design must be updated with a cleaner, more user-friendly interface, improving navigation while preserving essential features like document validation, status tracking, and legal compliance. Additionally, the system should automate complex workflows to simplify the fiduciary process and include audit trails along with real-time regulatory updates, ensuring legal compliance without compromising usability.

Conclusion

When re-designing an existing and user-based system, existing users usually have to gain access to data that can be developed, where the approach technique should be taken qualitatively or quantitatively to their users, due to a fairly short time too then the work of the process of making the dashboard is focused on the subject of the problem only by making the website design appearance more clean, clear and easy to access by the user. In addition, the client wants to speed up the process of this system being developed and can be directly actively run by the users.

Brand Colors

Strategically, the visual system is designed to drive conversion and retention in a SaaS environment. The primary color directs attention to key actions, reducing friction in critical flows. Clean neutrals keep the interface focused and support long-term usage, while strong contrast improves readability and minimizes errors. Clear, highly legible typography enables faster scanning and decision-making—resulting in better onboarding, higher task completion, and stronger user trust.
